Our Insurance Advisory client is currently seeking a permanent Client Service Representative to join the Group Benefits team.
This isn't a business development position, we're not looking for a "hunter"
**Must have LLQP and Group Benefits Experience**
**Competitive Salary ranging from $75,000-$90,000 + Bonus**

The Client Service Representative manages client relationships, services group benefits accounts, and supports business growth through select referral partners. This client-facing role provides expert guidance, resolves issues, and ensures high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as main contact for assigned group benefits clients
* Build strong relationships through regular, consultative communication
* Manage renewals, present plan options, and coordinate with carriers
* Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
* Deliver benefit presentations to client employees
* Maintain accurate account records and documentation
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, underwriting, claims)
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling within existing accounts
* Support onboarding and administration for new clients
Qualifications
* LLQP, Life and health insurance license (BC)
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
* 3–5 years of group benefits experience
* Experience with benefits administration platforms preferred
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
