Job Title: Associate Merchant (Hybrid)
Type: Temp until the end of the year. Possibility of getting hired on
Location: Brampton, ON (Mississauga Road and 407)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level
Pay: 22/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility
This will be a hybrid role - 4 days a week in office

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and E-commerce
Support promotional program execution and ensure data integrity
Assist in assortment planning, planogram coordination, and product lifecycle management
Use Excel and data analysis to provide performance insights and recommendations
Help manage category financials, including vendor income and pricing accuracy
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support onboarding and product transitions

What You Bring:
A recent degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Strategy, or a related field
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
A data-driven and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience in retail or merchandising is an asset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
