Position: Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker - Customer Service
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description
As a Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker, you will:

Respond to telephone and written inquiries, process changes in the system, apply underwriting standards, assess risks, and handle general account questions.

Resolve product and service issues by clarifying complaints, determining causes, providing solutions, expediting corrections, and following up for resolution.

Engage potential clients by providing product and service information, obtaining expiry dates, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Draft responses to routine correspondence.

Process rewrites and remarket according to new-business guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions and update rate manuals as new information becomes available.

Keep detailed logs and diaries of issues, flagging significant matters for management discussion.

Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

AMF license.

At least one year of experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in spoken and written French and English, with the ability to advise English-speaking policyholders in Quebec effectively.

RIBO and/or other insurance licenses are considered assets.
