Position: Bilingual Customer Service Agent
INDUSTRY: Promotion Fulfillment & Marketing
LOCATION: Oakville, ON
SALARY: $22-24/Hour
HOURS: Open to full time (9:00-5:00) or part time (~10:00-3:00pm) –
Must speak both English and French

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and French
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Use internal systems to search and update customer records
Enter data and prepare monthly reports
Manage coupon and contest reporting
Handle administrative tasks, including mail sorting and preparing daily/weekly shipments
Support various office duties and assist with special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bilingual English/French is a must
Strong computer skills – Word / Excel
Customer service experience – Retail is OK with the right attitude
Attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Takes initiative
