As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and reconnecting with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our investigation services as the solution. Additionally, you will reconnect with inactive clients to understand their reasons for not being active. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media).
• Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs and pain points.
• Present and explain our investigation services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Touch base with inactive clients to rekindle relationships and explore new opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Complete Suite - will be tested
• Knowledge of the private investigation industry is a plus.
