Customer Service / Order Entry Representative
About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join our energetic and collaborative team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering stable hours and a positive work environment. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing
• Enter and process customer orders via phone, email, and on line platforms
• Ensure accurate data entry including product selection, quantity, pricing, and shipping details
• Verify stock availability and handle payment transactions
• Customer Service
• Respond to inquiries regarding product information, pricing, order status, and
delivery timeliness
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly
• Handle returns, exchanges, and provide product recommendations
• Order Tracking & Follow-Up
• Monitor order progress through fulfillment
• Communicate any updates, delays, or required information to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely and accurate follow-up

Data Management
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer and order records
• Identify and correct order discrepancies

Sales & Inventory Support
• Suggest additional products and upsell when appropriate
• Check inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and timely shipping

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient in order entry software and computer systems
• Ability to multi task, stay organized, and manage priorities
• Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a customer service or order entry role is an asset
