Shipper/Receiver – Manufacturing
Shift: Day Shift, Full-Time Hours 8am -4:30Pm

Shipper/Receiver!

We're looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in staying productive during downtime. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, a positive work culture, and the chance to build a long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing
• 50% Shipping/Receiving
• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load/unload goods
• Unpack and stock product inventory
• Pick orders manually and prepare shipments
• Build skids and custom crates using hand and power tools

And 50% Production & Warehouse Support
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory
• Support production by staging and moving materials
• Maintain plant organization and cleanliness
• Deliver product to the production line as needed

What You Bring
• Valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance)
• Hands-on experience using hand and power tools:
• Table saw, circular saw, drill, tape measure, screwdriver
• Strong work ethic with initiative to stay busy during downtime
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (boxes, materials, etc.)
• Basic computer skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
