AppleOne is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Hamilton, ON
Salary range- 45-50K/year
Full Time- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
• Provide front-desk support: answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a professional reception area
• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including document scanning, filing, data entry, and records management
• Coordinate with internal team members to support client service and office operations
• Monitor and replenish office supplies; maintain cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces such as meeting rooms
• Assist with payroll processing and collaborate with other departments as required
• Prepare, format, and distribute client communications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of administrative experience
• Comfortable interacting with clients and business owners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with accounting software is an asset
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing team
