**Must train full time in office for 6 weeks, then will be hybrid- 3 days in office, 2 remote**

Well-established Insurance Company in the Hamilton area has opening for Customer Service Representative. This position offers:

• Extensive training
• Paid sick and vacation days

• Downtown location
• Hybrid – 3 Days a week in office, 2 from home.

Job responsibilities include:
• Taking calls from customers and answering inquiries
• Data entry and updating client accounts
• Email correspondence
• Calculations of benefits

Qualifications for this outstanding opportunity include:
• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Call center experience an asset
• Insurance experience is preferred
• Good numeric and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong MS Word & Excel
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Required to work an 8 hour shift between 830am-8pm Monday-Friday
