Our client in Burlington is hiring for a long term contract position.

Customer Service Representative – Canada

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Customer Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for communicating with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage requests regarding our company’s products and services. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and support overall operations.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years expertise with SAP ERP and CRM systems
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter with the flexibility to work independently or as part of a sales support team
• 3+ years experience in an industrial or distribution environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Customer Operations Manager in sales support tasks and special projects
• Deliver customer service and technical product assistance to end users, distributors, and the regional sales team
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive satisfaction and sales
• Handle customer requests related to pricing, order placement, modifications, returns, and cancellations
• Utilize the SAP system to access customer profiles, track order progress, check inventory levels, and confirm pricing
• Build strong customer relationships and strive to deliver outstanding service by using problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve efficiency, ensure timely order fulfillment, and enhance customer satisfaction
