This Machine Operator Position Features:

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Manufacturing Production Workers to join a fast-paced, safety-first production environment in Collingwood. You’ll rotate through various cells within the plant and play a key role in the production of high-quality products.

Shifts:
Depending on the department, candidates will be scheduled for:

1.
12-Hour Continental Rotating Shifts:
2 weeks on days: 7:30am – 7:30pm

2 weeks on nights: 7:30pm – 7:30am
Work every other weekend
Weekly schedule: One week = 3 days, next week = 4 days

2.
3-Shift Rotation:
Days: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Afternoons: 3:30pm – 11:30pm
Midnights: 11:30pm – 7:30am

Orientation: 4 hours on your first day

Key Responsibilities:
•Work in various production areas (cutting, trimming, CNC machine operation, print lines, and packing)
•Follow all safety procedures and wear provided PPE (glasses, vest, gloves, cuffs, aprons)
•Meet production targets and quality standards
•Rotate between different cells based on your experience and skillset

Requirements:
•Previous manufacturing experience
•High School Diploma
•Must pass a criminal background check
•Must have Steel toed work boots
•Able to stand for extended periods
•Comfortable lifting lbs. on your own anything over lbs. will be a team lift
•Reliable with strong attendance record
