Customer Service / Order Entry Representative
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join our growing team! In this fast-paced, customer-focused position, you’ll be responsible for processing orders, providing outstanding service, and supporting both our sales and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing
• Take orders via phone, email, or online platforms
• Enter order details into the system with speed and accuracy
• Confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery details
• Process payments and resolve related issues
Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries on order status, products, and deliveries
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Recommend products and assist with item selection
• Handle returns and exchanges
Order Tracking & Follow-Up
• Monitor the status of all customer orders
• Communicate updates, delays, or required info to customers
• Follow up on outstanding or incomplete orders
Data & Inventory Management
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer and order information
• Report discrepancies or errors in data
• Coordinate with the warehouse to check stock levels and ensure timely fulfillment
Sales & Support
• Suggest complementary or additional products during the order process
• Support internal sales efforts as needed
Required Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Comfortable using order management software and computer systems
• Effective multitasking and task prioritization
• Positive, customer-first mindset
• Confident problem solver and team collaborator
