Business/Financial Analyst
$30 per hour

State-of-the-art office with great amenities
Monday to Friday days 4 days a week on site and 1 day WFH
This is a temporary role for a few months with chance of extension
As a member of the team, you will be exposed to budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis & business partnering.
This role is very heavy on reporting
What you'll do:
Lead and manage the completeness and accuracy of the LTA Financials in a in a timely manner
Partner with various VPs to ensure accurate reporting & compliance with controls and standards
Lead the budgeting & forecasting process for all the business partners (internal) that you will be supporting
Analyze, identify, and recommend operational improvement initiatives and systems modifications to increase productivity and efficiency within the department
Support Senior Management with the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives
Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support key critical initiatives as needed
Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects and initiatives as required
Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
What you bring:
A Post-Secondary education in Finance or related field is required; experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly corporate and/or retail will be considered an asset
Minimum of 3 years' finance or accounting experience
Professional Finance Designations such as CPA-CMA; or MBA preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to bring together and manage interactions with employees from across the organization
Proven People Management and Coaching skills
Strong business acumen, with an ability to focus on continuous improvement
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Results Oriented and Critical Thinking skills Advanced Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
Familiarity with SAP and MicroStrategy will be an asset
Knowledge of PYTHON and Power BI required
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
