Job Title: 3PL Logistics Dispatcher
Location: Burlington- IN OFFICE
Salary: $45,000?–?$50,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Logistics Dispatcher to join our 3PL operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in freight coordination, carrier negotiations, and load planning. You’ll be managing end-to-end dispatching, maintaining strong communication with carriers, clients, and internal teams, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities
Load Planning & Dispatch: Schedule and assign freight to carriers efficiently.

Carrier Negotiation: Secure competitive rates while ensuring quality service.

Shipment Tracking: Monitor and update shipment status, resolve delays or issues.

Documentation & Compliance: Prepare BOLs, DOs, and ensure regulatory compliance (HOS, etc.).

Client Communication: Provide proactive updates and handle client inquiries.

Coordination: Work with operations, warehouse, and accounting for smooth workflows.

Required Qualifications
2–5 years in logistics or 3PL dispatching.

Familiarity with TMS/FM systems and office software.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of trucking regulations (hours-of-service, safety, etc.).
