Our client in Mississauga Ontario who is a construction services provider is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

This position features:
-Salary: $60,000-$65,000/year

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm-Fully on site!

Duties:
-Job costing
-Accounts Payable
-Review Purchase Orders and sync with accounting systems
-Pay vendors
-Create lists of everything to be paid for review
-Review employee expenses for processing
-Setup payments on banking side
-Working with the Construction Accountant, Accounting Manager and Director of Finance

Requirements:
-3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
-Understands accounting rules and regulations
-Experience with Job costing
-Experience with project based payables
-QuickBooks online and/or desktop
-Tech Savvy
-Strong Excel skills. Must know VLOOKUPS
