Toronto based company in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Sales Enablement Manager to join their team.
This is a permanent, full-time, position with a hybrid work schedule.
Location – Downtown Toronto
Salary – Up to $90,000
Primary duties will include:
• Working with the sales team to support their marketing and client relationship initiatives.
• Managing Salesforce CRM systems and processes to help the sales team meet their client service objectives.
• Using digital marketing tools to broaden the awareness of the organization’s product suite and retail sales initiatives.
• Project Management: working with the retail sales, marketing and technology teams to ensure that the retail sales team gets support in executing their distribution strategy.
• Work with sales team and technology groups to optimize the user interface and data feeds in the Salesforce dashboard
• Maintain updates to the CRM and ensure accurate use of data and contacts
• Execute marketing and email campaigns through Salesforce marketing add-ons
• Managing and coordinating digital business development strategy for retail sales team
• Planning and executing digital sales campaigns incorporating web, SEO, CRM database and email
Requirements:
• Proficient expertise in Salesforce CRM and Marketing automation tools
• Experience working at a senior level in Marketing for asset management
• More than five years’ experience in digital marketing design and execution
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be both a team player and independent contributor
• Previous experience in the investment/finance industry
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
