Our Richmond client is seeking a permanent, full-time Junior Accountant to join their team.

**Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 + Bonus & Benefits**

Responsibilities:
* Assist with full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
* Support month-end and year-end close processes
* Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts
* Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Provide support during audits and other ad hoc projects

Successful Candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* 1–2 years of accounting experience (co-op or internship considered)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experienced user of MS Excel
