We are seeking a Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join a well-established fleet maintenance team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles
Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems
Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on fleet vehicles
Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with Ontario safety standards
Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs
Inspect worn or damaged components and recommend repairs or replacements
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to support fleet uptime and reliability

Qualifications:
Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (required)
3–5+ years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks or commercial fleet equipment
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, air brake systems, and electrical systems
Experience with diagnostic tools and electronic troubleshooting equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
