Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers visiting the showroom and provide a professional, welcoming first impression.
- Answer inquiries from potential clients and gather accurate information for follow-up.
- Enter customer, order, service, and administrative information into internal systems.
- Prepare invoices and assist with basic clerical and accounting-related tasks.
- Contact customers to schedule service calls and coordinate appointment details.
- Support general office administration to help keep daily operations organized and efficient.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Job type: Permanent, direct hire, full-time position.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Work arrangement: Full-time in office.

- Previous administrative experience is required.
- Previous experience working in a showroom-type environment is required, such as countertops, tile, carts, high-end furniture, or similar custom or premium product settings.

- Must have your own vehicle to get to and from work reliably and on time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gather information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a polished, service-focused environment.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting sales, service, or operations teams in a custom product, home improvement, design, building materials, furniture, or showroom environment.
- Familiarity with invoices, service scheduling, customer records, or basic accounting support.
- A professional, approachable communication style suited to high-end customer interactions.
