Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and pre-screen all prescriptions into SAP within 1 business day.
Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer and sales team inquiries.
Manage daily communication with patients, sales reps, and insurers to ensure seamless service and support.
Prepare and send pre-determination letters and follow up based on payer timelines.
Conduct daily benefits verification and reimbursement authorization calls with insurers.
Provide patients with clear guidance on insurance coverage and financing options.
Troubleshoot issues related to products, shipping, or pricing and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain accurate records in SAP and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Process product sample requests and assist with the resolution of product complaints.
Track patient cases, update clinic trackers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, document control procedures, and data privacy regulations.
Support additional territories or projects as needed to maintain service continuity.
What You Bring:
Fluency in both English and French
Experience supporting the Quebec market and familiarity with its reimbursement processes is preferred.
2+ years of experience in a Customer Care, Reimbursement, or healthcare support role.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Professional and empathetic demeanor with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint in particular).
Working knowledge of SAP is required.
Strong typing skills (30+ wpm) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
