We’re looking for a Bilingual Contact Center Supervisor to help drive performance, foster innovation, and maintain a positive, high-performing work environment. Job: Bilingual Contact Center Supervisor
Type: Fully Remote – 4 month fixed term contract
Shift: Must be available to work between the hours of 7am-12am Monday to Sunday Salary: $53,000–$63,000 per year
What You’ll Do
· Lead and coach a team of up to 25 agents to meet targets, improve performance, and stay motivated.
· Assign work, oversee daily tasks, and make sure systems and resources are used effectively.
· Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers while managing projects and day-to-day activities.
· Encourage new ideas, creativity, and innovation, especially during times of change.
· Set clear goals for individuals and the team while empowering employees to take ownership of their work.
· Foster a positive workplace and contribute to overall business growth.
· Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
· Bilingual in English and French.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan, analyze, and resolve challenges.
· Open to giving and receiving feedback.
· Skilled at organizing teams to meet deadlines efficiently.
· Willing to learn new processes and technologies to continuously improve.
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 and standard office tools.
· Comfortable with web-based and cloud software (SaaS).
· Excellent communication skills
· Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud and/or AWS Connect is a plus.
· Able to obtain Federal Reliability Security Clearance.
