Are you a French Bilingual Customer Service Expert? Are you looking to further your career into Customer Excellence? AppleOne is looking for Customer service experts to join our client in the GTA!
Location: Remote Hybrid (must be local to GTA)
Hours of operation: Day and Afternoon shifts available
Salary: $39,680 - $50,000 per year
Excellent benefits package with up to 3 weeks vacation
Job duties:
• Handle high volumes of emails, inbound & outbound phone calls and chats, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system, updated account information, and followed company procedures to track and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns, de-escalating complaints and collaborating with team members to achieve timely resolutions.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the Contact Centre
Qualifications & Experience:
• Fully Bilingual (French/English)
• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience from a call centre environment
• Experience within order entry an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fantastic Communicator, self starter
• High level of attention to detail
