Responsibilities
-Hunt, develop, and close new business opportunities in TL and LTL cross-border freight
-Leverage a strong network and strategic cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline
-Establish and grow lasting customer relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth
-Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
-Analyze market trends and competitive threats to identify innovative business opportunities
-Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
-Accurately manage time, pipeline, and CRM tools to track performance and priorities
Assets
-3+ years’ experience working in outside sales within a 3PL company
-Proven track record of hunting and acquiring new logos in the domestic and cross-border freight markets
-Knowledge of transportation sales (TL and LTL segments)
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Experience with CRM/TMS
