Cannabis Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Machine Operator to join a growing production team within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with machine operating experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery used in cannabis processing
Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure smooth operation
Weigh, package, and label products according to strict regulatory guidelines
Perform routine quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate when needed
Complete production records and documentation accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workspace
Follow all health, safety, and regulatory procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience as a machine operator in manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, or cannabis industry preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
Comfortable working in a regulated environment with compliance standards
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to pass background screening (as required by regulations)

Assets:

Experience in cannabis production or packaging
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment
