Job Summary
We are hiring a Certified Reach/Cherry Picker Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in an automotive and parts manufacturing environment near L6T 5W2. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using certified equipment.
- Operate reach truck, cherry picker, and counterbalance forklift equipment as required.
- Pick customer orders, put away stock, and stage materials for outbound loading.
- Perform some manual picking and general labour duties as needed.
- Maintain accurate product movement, organized staging areas, and safe warehouse practices.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, including proper use of steel toe footwear and equipment protocols.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Load and unload trucks using forklift equipment.
- Pick orders, put away inventory, and stage products for shipping.
- Operate certified reach truck, cherry picker, and counterbalance equipment.

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating reach truck, cherry picker, and counterbalance equipment.
- Current certification for reach truck, cherry picker, and counterbalance operation.
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
- Ability to perform manual lifting, picking, staging, and general labour tasks.
- Must wear steel toe boots.
- Must be bondable.
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, reliability, and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive, parts manufacturing, or a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong attendance record and ability to transition successfully into a permanent role.
- Experience working in fast-paced shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment operations.
