47/hr - 52/hr plus bonuses
Duties
• Lead and supervise crews performing concrete restoration and structural repair work.
• Coordinate daily operations, including manpower, equipment, materials, and schedules.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project progress to meet deadlines.
Additional Skills
Assets
• 5+ years of construction experience, including crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Experience in concrete restoration, structural repair, and working at heights (swing stage experience preferred).
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage field operations effectively.
