Customer Service / Order Entry Coordinator (SAP, Logistics, Admin)

Looking for a high-volume, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Order Entry Clerk / Logistics Coordinator to support quoting, order processing, and service coordination in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
• Process orders, quotes, and customer requests (order entry, pricing, proposals)
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, warehouse, and internal teams
• Track open orders, shipments, repairs, and service requests
• Use SAP, CRM, Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting
• Ensure accuracy, timelines, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
• Experience in customer service, order entry, admin, logistics, or inside sales
• Strong data entry, Excel, and communication skills
• Experience with SAP or CRM systems (asset)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organization
