Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and support for direct clients, distributors, and the regional sales team.
Manage customer inquiries, requests for quotations, purchase orders, and order changes with professionalism and accuracy.
Enter and retrieve data in SAP ERP/CRM systems including customer information, order status, inventory levels, and pricing.
Educate customers on product terminology, features, and benefits to support increased satisfaction and sales performance.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve workflow and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist the Customer Operations Manager with sales-related tasks, special projects, and process improvements.
What You Bring:
High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP/CRM systems is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to handle customer concerns with tact and care.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
Flexible and cooperative approach to working with various departments and team members.
