Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity in North York, ON. This fully in-office role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong B2B relationships, resolving inquiries, and supporting customers in a fast-paced wholesale trade and import-export environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Process returns, resolve customer inquiries, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support a designated B2B customer territory while assisting with coverage for other territories as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products when appropriate and aligned with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer information, order details, and service notes through internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient issue resolution and a positive customer experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: North York, ON.
- Work Arrangement: Fully in office.
- Schedule: Shift options are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications
- ERP system experience is preferred.
- Experience in the apparel industry is considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience in wholesale trade, import-export, distribution, or related B2B customer service environments is an asset.
