Temporary Customer Service Role in New Market

Day Shift 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday
Great Work Environment
Pay $24/hr

Responsibilities:
•Review customer orders for accuracy, process customer orders by phone and email
•Enter orders/quotes into the computer.
•Review order status reports periodically to identify problem items
•Review, schedule and release orders for packing, shipping and expediting product.

Qualifications:
•Customer service experience •Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
