Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support & Reporting Coordinator for This role is ideal for an administrative support professional with strong Excel skills, accurate data handling abilities, and an interest in customer service within the consumer packaged goods manufacturing and distribution sector.

The Customer Support & Reporting Coordinator will support reporting, data verification, order processing, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

- Extract data from ERP systems and prepare accurate datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Organize, manipulate, and verify data using Excel functions such as formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, and data sorting.
- Compare extracted and manipulated data against source records to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
- Extract and validate data required to support monthly vendor bill backs.
- Maintain reporting files by updating formulas and links to prior reports.
- Support customer service activities, including data entry, order processing, invoicing, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
- Straight Day shift 
- Annual salary range: $43,680 to $45,760.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Prepare reporting datasets from ERP system exports.
- Maintain and update reporting files using Excel formulas and linked data.
- Support monthly vendor bill backs through accurate data extraction and verification.
- Assist customer service with order processing, invoicing, and administrative data entry.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related administrative, reporting, customer support, or data-focused role is required.
- High school diploma is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, filtering, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a supportive team while also contributing independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Customer service and invoicing experience is an asset.
- Experience working with ERP systems is an asset.
- Interest or experience in consumer packaged goods, distribution, manufacturing, or pet specialty products is an asset.
