Salary range $60k up to $70k

We are currently seeking an experienced 3PL Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has strong experience in both Canadian and U.S. freight markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments across Canada and the United States

Source and negotiate with carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable capacity

Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers

Handle day-to-day dispatching and shipment tracking

Ensure all loads are covered, on time, and properly documented

Troubleshoot service issues and provide proactive communication to clients

Maintain accurate records in TMS and internal systems

Must-Have 3-5 years experience

Recent 3PL brokerage experience

Recent dispatching experience

Proven experience dispatching freight within Canada and the U.S.

Strong understanding of cross-border freight, customs, and documentation

Ability to manage multiple loads and customers simultaneously

Strong rate negotiation and carrier sourcing skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with load boards and transportation management systems (TMS)

Existing carrier or customer book of business is considered an asset

Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
