Facilities Coordinator

$25-$27/hr
Duties:
•Regularly inspect office premises, all meeting rooms, kitchens, and washrooms, ensuring premises are at the expected standard and supplies are stocked.
•Manage visits from both scheduled and unscheduled visitors at the office and provide support as required.
•Coordinate office vendors, caterers, beverage suppliers, business lunches, maintenance workers, cleaning services and other supplies as required.
•Provide office tours to new employees as required.
•Responsible for managing building access for employees.
•Act as the primary liaison with property management.
•Participate as an active member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee. Requirements:
•Facilities experience
•Ability to work from the office 5 days a week.
•Must have strong listening, communication, service driven expertise.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
•Strong customer focus and service orientation with an ability to build and maintain relationships with executive team, management, and other internal and external stakeholders.
