Job Description:

• Hands on supervision of small customer service team.
• Manage technology platforms.
• Ensure financial documentation is being processed in a timely manner and to all regulatory standards.
• Ensure data integrity standards are met.
• Lead system upgrades.
• Continuous improvement.
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance.
• Cybersecurity, Risk, and compliance management.
• Liaison with IT partners.

Qualifications:
• 5 years operations management experience within a financial environment.
• Hands on supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of data security, AI, privacy, and regulatory requirements for Canada.
• Professional demeanor.
• Strong MS Office skills
• Background in continuous improvement.
• Team player
• Strong customer management skills.
