Forklift Operator
Location: 14th & Warden – Markham
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Markham. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and assisting with general warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Requirements
• Valid forklift certification for Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Previous experience with shipping and receiving is an asset
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Duties & Responsibilities
• Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
• Load and unload pallets from trucks and warehouse areas
• Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
• Assist with daily shipping and receiving activities
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Wrap and secure skids/pallets for shipment
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure products are properly packaged
• Verify quantities and products against orders and shipping documents
• Assist with receiving incoming materials and putting stock away
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform general warehouse duties as required
• Follow all company safety policies and forklift operating procedures
• Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management
• Support the warehouse team with other duties as assigned
