Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator - Night Shift for a direct hire opportunity at a pharmaceutical distribution center in Burlington, ON. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, operating material handling equipment, staying organized, and contributing to a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment safely, including work at heights.
- Complete inventory counts, put-away, sorting, and warehouse organization tasks.
- Use an RF scanner to track, move, and verify products accurately.
- Perform basic data entry related to inventory and warehouse activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by completing general housekeeping duties.
- Support additional warehouse and distribution tasks as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.55 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment in a warehouse distribution environment.
- Support inventory control, put-away, sorting, and product movement.
- Use RF scanning equipment and complete basic data entry accurately.
- Less than 1 year of experience is suitable for this role.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a structured warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working at heights while operating material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, with commitment to a Monday to Friday night shift.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Motivation to work safely, efficiently, and consistently in a pharmaceutical distribution center.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, or similar warehouse equipment.
- Previous experience using an RF scanner in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical supplies, or regulated warehouse environments.
