We are hiring Forklift Operators, Reach Truck Operators, Order Pickers, and Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution warehouse in Mississauga. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with consistent hours, weekly pay, and the potential to be hired permanently.

This role is ideal for candidates with reach truck and order picker experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handling both forklift operation and general labour duties.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Operating Reach Truck and Order Picker forklifts safely
• Order picking, RF scanning, and packing
• Loading and unloading shipments
• Moving products and materials throughout the warehouse
• Performing inventory checks and stock organization
• Supporting general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements
• Valid 3rd party forklift license (Reach Truck + Order Picker required)
• Fall Arrest certification
• Minimum 2–3 years of recent forklift and warehouse experience
• Comfortable with both forklift operation and general labour work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Clear communication and reliability
