Min Qualifications:
Basic verbal communication skills
Able to maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance
Motivated and able to follow instructions of Supervisor / Lead Hand
Able to lift parts weighing 1 – 20 LBS and load / unload on/ from racking in manufacturing environment
Able to work in warm to hot, humid environment where chemicals are used for coating / plating of parts.


Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and uphold the Health & Safety policies and procedures of the organization.
Follows technique instructions to rack / un-rack parts.
Attend and participate in all required training such as but not limited to WHMIS, Health and Safety.
Maintain department clean with safety (including housekeeping), quality, and productivity
Inspect bins for damage and report to Supervisor
Operate all tools and equipment used in the racking process
Works with a positive attitude and reports all questions or problems to the Supervisor
Racking / Un-racking parts at a pace to meet production rates and standards
Work together on a line to provide teamwork and efficiency

• Safety boots
• Safety vest
• Safety ear plugs
• Gloves
• Bump Cap
