Job Summary
We are seeking dependable General Labour Associates for full-time temp-to-perm opportunities in a fast-paced distribution environment in Bolton, ON. This General Labour role is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who enjoy active, hands-on work and are looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire after 480 hours worked.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Build, wrap, and label skids and pallets for shipment.
- Use manual pallet jacks to move products and materials as required.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required warehouse documentation.
- Keep work areas clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties, including sweeping and general cleaning.
- Follow workplace instructions, safety procedures, and report any incidents or concerns immediately.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $19.50 per hour.
- Job type: Full-time, temp-to-perm.
- Location: Bolton, ON, L7E 4M2.
- Opportunity for permanent hire after 480 hours worked.
- Available day shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 1 opening.
- Available afternoon shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, 1 opening.
- Overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be required with little notice.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Build, wrap, label, and move skids and pallets for shipping.
- Support inventory accuracy, documentation, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
- Perform repetitive picking and physical warehouse duties throughout the full shift.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace with repetitive picking for the full shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Regular lifting of up to 25 lbs and frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs required.
- Experience using RF scanners and manual pallet jacks is an asset.
- Able to read and interpret workplace instructions and procedures.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a commitment to the full scheduled shift.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- CSA-approved safety shoes are required.
- Must follow dress code requirements, including clean, well-fitting attire and no tank tops or clothing with offensive images or wording.
- Cell phones must remain in lockers or vehicles while on the warehouse floor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a distribution, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order picking environment.
- Experience working with RF scanners, pallet jacks, skids, pallets, and shipping labels.
- Interest in long-term employment with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
- Strong reliability, safety awareness, and comfort working in a large warehouse setting.
