HR Specialist - 18 Month Contract
$27–$31/hr
Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days On-Site
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire logistics
• Support recruitment activities including resume screening and interviews
• Manage employee documentation, HR records, and policy signoffs
• Assist with HR reporting, HRIS administration, and employee offboarding
Assets
• 1–3 years of HR experience in a specialist or coordinator role
• Experience working in a Distribution Centre environment
• Strong Excel and HRIS knowledge
• Employee Relations and Health & Safety experience
• Experience using Ceridian Dayforce is considered an asset
