- Support IT operations and infrastructure standardization projects within a PMO environment.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, documentation, and reporting updates.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, tasks, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Assist with governance, change control, quality assurance, and process improvement activities.
- Less than 1 year of project management, project coordination, PMO, analyst, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder follow-up and project documentation.
- Ability to track details accurately and maintain up-to-date project information.
- Comfortable working in a multi-project environment with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to supporting project execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to project management methodologies, PMO processes, or governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting IT, infrastructure, technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated business environments.
- Familiarity with project tracking, status reporting, risk logs, issue logs, action item tracking, or similar project management tools.
- Interest in building a career in project management, project analysis, PMO support, or IT project coordination.
