Responsibilities
Assemble custom machinery and equipment from mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Install and align mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and complete systems.
Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete precision assembly work.
Operate an overhead crane to safely move large components and assemblies.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and engineering specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Additional Skills
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Builder or Mechanical Assembler.
Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Overhead crane experience is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience using precision measuring tools and a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
