Key Responsibilities
• Operate manufacturing and production equipment
• Load and unload materials onto machinery
• Assist with cutting, edging, drilling, laminating, assembly, and packaging tasks
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Follow production schedules and work orders
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support warehouse and general labour duties as required
• Follow workplace safety and production procedures

Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operating, or general labour experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools or power tools considered an asset
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
