Material Handler (Counter Balance and Reach)

Location: Keele and Rutherford

Shift: 7AM- 3:00PM Monday to Friday
$21.00


Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.

Load and unload trucks, ensuring that items are handled safely and efficiently.
Moving materials to production line and staging finished products
Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
Execute heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.

Requirements:
2-3 years experience operating the counter balance and reach
Must have valid forklift certification
Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.
Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift up to 50 lbs.
CSA approved steel-toed safety shoes/boots, safety glasses
