Job Summary
We are hiring 4 x Material Handlers for direct hire opportunities at a distribution facility in Hannon, ON. This role is ideal for reliable candidates who enjoy hands-on warehouse work, forklift operation, order picking, packaging, and working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As a Material Handler, you will operate a Raymond Reach or Cherry Picker, pick orders using an RF scanner, and help ensure products are accurately prepared, packaged, labeled, and moved throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity to join a stable distribution team with a consistent schedule, weekly pay, and Fridays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Raymond Reach or Cherry Picker safely and efficiently within the distribution facility.
- Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping or warehouse movement.
- Move materials and inventory to designated locations while maintaining accuracy.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and support a clean, organized work area.
- Lift and handle materials up to 30 lbs as part of regular daily duties.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.73 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Afternoon shift, 3:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
- Weekly pay.
- Fridays off.

- Operate a Raymond Reach or Cherry Picker in a distribution or warehouse environment.

- Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable.
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work the afternoon shift from 3:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packaging, and labeling.
- Reliable attendance and a safety-focused approach to warehouse work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based distribution environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a Raymond Reach or Cherry Picker.
- Previous order picking experience using an RF scanner.
- Experience working in a retail distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
