Meat Production / Packager
Smithville, ON

**Must drive and have own vehicle, no bus accessibility**
Monday to Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Pay rate: $22.00/hour

Job Description:
- Assisting with packaging raw meat products (pork, beef, and chicken)
- Transfer raw meat to the production line and into equipment 
- Operate machinery to grind raw meat products 
- Inspect raw meat products to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Helping prepare finished goods through filling and packing
- Working with packaged goods (carton and loose pack lines)
- Rotating through different tasks throughout the day

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (food or meat manufacturing is preferred)
- Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (production facility is 8 to 10 degrees)
- Must be comfortable working with and around all types of raw meat products
- Must follow GMP policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must have own vehicle and drive as there is no bus
