Part-Time Accounting Clerk (18 month contract)
Hamilton, ON
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm or 1:00pm (hours are flexible)
20 – 25 hours per week
Pay: $25.00/hour
Job Duties:
- Accounts receivable duties: posting payments, collections, sending invoice copies
- Accounts payable duties: posting invoices, matching to purchase orders, preparing cheques
- Admin duties: filing, preparing reports for the accountant, bank and merchant services reconciliations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience working as an Accounting Clerk
- Strong accounting knowledge (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable)
- Strong computer skills
