We are seeking a professional and reliable Part Time Receptionist for a contract/temporary opportunity in Oakville, ON within the automotive sales and repair services industry. As the Part Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, callers, and visitors. Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls, greet customers, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member or department.
- Transfer calls professionally and provide accurate information whenever possible.
- Book appointments and assist with service scheduling in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Support day-to-day administrative and reception duties as needed.
- Deliver courteous and efficient customer service to visitors, callers, and internal team members.
