Responsibilities:
•Working with the development and the printing department, running pre-production samples. Colours have to be accurate according to what has been approved by the customers.
•Working with the developer for new launches and new embellishments.
•Match standard colours and work with several textiles (materials); different types of weave and different type of adhesives.
•Signing off on every pre-production sample.
•Make sure that the colours are within tolerance and be ready for production.
•Coordinating with sublimation department to sublimate paper on material.
•Applying adhesive to make sure samples are ready to go make sure department can execute faster.
•Formulate precise digital color solutions: Develop accurate digital color formulations

Requirements:
•Up to 5 years experience in digital colour formulation
•Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
•Strong understanding of color theory and management principles.
•Experience with color matching software and spectrophotometers.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Detail-oriented approach to color testing and validation.
•Problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
