Job Summary
We are hiring a Picker Packer for a contract/temporary opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time role with a straight shift schedule, ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented candidate with previous general labour, warehouse, or production experience.
In this Picker Packer position, you will support day-to-day warehouse and production operations by picking orders, using an RF scanner, packing products, labeling items, and helping ensure orders meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment or internal processing.
- Perform quality assurance checks to help ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards.
- Complete other general labour, warehouse, or production duties as assigned.

Additional Skills
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Pick orders using an RF scanner.

- 1 to 2 years of experience working as a general labourer, picker packer, warehouse associate, or in a similar production environment.
- Ability to lift between 30 lbs and 50 lbs.
- Safety shoes are required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain good attendance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using an RF scanner.
- Previous order picking, packing, labeling, or warehouse experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
